Seven Tips For Energetic Living
The time for waiting until tomorrow is over. You are a vibrational being. There are many methods to improving your vibration or energy. As you increase your vibration you also deepen your connection with your “I AM” Presence. In this connection you experience more from your heart while still having full retention of your mental aspects. Here are seven suggestions to lead a more energetic lifestyle:
– Meditation
Start a meditation practice or deepen the practice you already have built.
– Diet
Eat healthy foods and drink mostly water. Eliminate, as much as possible, meat and processed foods along with alcohol.
– Journaling
Start a journal practice, where you take a minimum of 15 minutes or so everyday to reflect on your successes and your insights.
– Feeling Habit
Make a habit of noticing your feelings at three times during the day. Doing this over several weeks will help you pay closer attention to your feelings all of the time. Another method to invoke a feeling habit is taking care of your pet(s). As you care and give your love to your pets you are connected to your feelings and building the important habit of nourishing life.
– Remove Rote Activities
Instead of staring at and being programmed by television, take time to read a book, take a walk, or be artistic. Spend your time with experiential activities where you are participating with your body, mind, and soul.
– Be Grateful & Speak Appreciation
Spend more time talking about the good and beneficial in your life. This is the foundation for Law of Attraction: what you focus your attention upon you will draw more unto you. Making an effort to speak more about what you find appealing and nourishing will bring more of those qualities into your life.
– See Abundance
This is another foundation principal in the Law of Attraction. When you see abundance and speak about it, you will draw it unto you. Conversely, speaking about lack will only draw more lack unto you. Be creative and have fun with this one.

These seven tips for energetic living are easy to implement. You can do them without spending money you don’t have. I have practiced these tips and have experienced marvelous results. They work but it’s up to you to use them with all of your heart. Be patience. Nothing appears over night. Be persistent and you’ll find what you are being.
Lead a life of trust and faith. It’s easy for the mind to continually question everything. Yet, following that trail will lead to more questions and probably doubt or fear. Living an energetic life is asking a question and learning to listen to your heart for the answer. And, when you hear the answers have faith in ‘em. Put your trust to work for you instead of fear or doubt. The mind is logical and analytical. The heart is full of compassion, wisdom, and gives rise to intuitive insights. These insights are the expression of your “I AM” presence.
