I need help getting started as a charcoal pencil artist.?
I would like to follow my dream by drawing beautiful art with charcoal pencils. I am very interested in drawing realistic people and objects. I would like to start out with getting better at my talent and sale my art to those who enjoy my drawings. Anyone have any ideas in getting started? Schools, events, contacts, etc. Thanks!
I think that video are better because you get to see the artist apply his technique to the paper. Sometimes they will narrate. You can see how the pencils are held. How to sketch lightly before darkening and so on.
