Adobe Illustrator CS3: objects with stroke and fill separate – one object now has stroke, one has fill. WHY?
The file has multiple objects that have white fill and black stroke. Something is happening so that all the white fills become objects separate from the black strokes…. and I can’t figure out WHY?
It sounds like you selected all the objects and did a Object->Expand command on them. Expand separates the stroke from the body of the object.
Unfortunately I don’t know of a way to reverse it. Maybe you can search on line for that. Good luck
