Any info about framed prints with shells/starfish/sea material behind the glass?
I have three pieces of framed artwork. Two I know are prints of historic Oregon landmarks, with a type of border made out of shells and sea matter. There are even little real starfish mixed in. One is handwritten ’1948′ on the back, and what appears to be a signature. One of them is stamped ‘Genuine Maritone Hand Finished By’ and a signature of the artist who hand finished it. The scene is of Neah Bay, Washington. Can anyone tell me what type of art this is? I have searched, but turned up nothing. Please feel free to see the pix at

Thank you in advance for your help.
