Siberian Tiger Cub Work in Progress Pencil Drawing 6

What kind of pencils should be used when people design?

Hello, I have been attracting people from 2 years and I used only a No. 2 pencil. The pictures look great and I have been in art shows and stuff, but my friend told me said that I use pencils to the artist's shadow and contrast of my drawings, so I went to buy f, b, 2b, 3b, 5b, 6b, 2b, 4b and pencils Ebony. I know how to shade, but do not know what type should I use for hair, skin, eyes, clothing (all in general) give the best, realistic appearance. Thank you for responding, and I award five stars for best answer! Oh, and what about the skins of animals?

2B, 4B, 6B, 8B usually draw a 4B or coal. Charcoal is great because it prepares you to modify the intensity of his hand and the challenges it starts slowly, setting up in him, and correct their mistakes. You can use the spray to keep them decent. never never never use less than one b. no not need to do. it's really light. I would not use less than 2b and alleviate hand. 8B is the same as ebony. do not really need that either, that nothing in reality is black. is difficult to say what to use for each part, because it depends on the lighting. a shadow on the face 6b if you could use a dark or light could be a 4b. it really depends. is more important to lock values in their mind instead of worrying figures. When you look at an object, narrowing his eyes. it will blur values, it seems more realistic. That's the trick of art. when There are not many details that actually seems flatter. then squint your eyes and begin to large, single and working in small details. changing tones in the hair because hair is shiny in some places (lighter). skin also depends on the animal and lighting. always need contrast. If you end up with something too light, then again squint and adjust their shadows. has to bring more inches is easier to add, then remove. Good luck!
