Not sure if this could be close to what you are looking for four years, but here goes: Try Autodesk SketchBook Pro 2010 and drawing programs seem to fall into two general categories – very powerful but too complex or simple to use, but it lacks power and options. SketchBook Pro combines power and simplicity in one package, such that even a small artist can be productive and successful.
