what do you think isup with its eyes?
Its not my dog. And Ive come to the conclusion of Aussie mix or BC mix. So we dont really need to know a breed. Just do you think that he could possibly have a health issue?

Hard to tell for sure in the picture, but one eye appears to be recessed. If that is correct, he should be looked at by a Vet. The condition for this is called Microphtalmia, and can also be associated with loss of vision or hearing in some cases. If this is the case, this dog should never be allowed to breed, as this condition may be passed to puppies.
